20-Minute Project Feasibility Call
This conversation is for people who would like to discuss their project in more detail. You may have an early idea, several questions or a project that has become difficult to navigate. You do not need to have everything worked out before the call.
We will talk about:
What you are hoping to achieve
Where you are in the process
Any problems, uncertainties or constraints
What may need to happen next
Depending on the project, you may leave with:
Greater clarity about how to proceed
A simple outline of the next steps
An understanding of the main issues to consider
A clearer idea of the teams you may need
Recommendations for suitable specialists or consultants, where appropriate
This is an initial conversation, so it may not resolve every issue or produce a complete project plan. It should, however, help you make a more informed decision about what to do next. Robert Hirschfield, our founder and director, takes these calls personally.
